Student Leadership is an integral part of the school giving these students the opportunity to lead and explore their leadership skills.
The student leadership body is made up of:
1. The Prefects
2. Student Council
The appointment to the position of prefect is an honour bestowed on a student by the school. Each prefect is a student who has been given a responsibility within the school and in this role has a number of duties to perform. These are in three main areas.
The school council is a group of student leaders chosen from each class to represent the interest of their class mates.
The student council is led by the Head Boy and Head Girl and reports directly to the Principal.
The prefect body and the student council body exist to help the school management run the school efficiently and also look after the progress and care of all day and boarding scholars. There are roles to play in the areas of academics, co-curricular activities, pastoral welfare and in the area of health and feeding.
