Personalized Learning at Roemichs.

At Roemichs we practice student centred teaching and learning. Our class sizes are small enough so that we are capable of delivering almost individual personalized learning. For boarders this approach is enhanced with both teaching and boarding staff on duty during evening prep.

Roemichs is a non-selective school and with this approach of personalized learning the school can proudly state that all learners leave the school realizing their full potential and beyond.

The school is also aware that additional provision is needed for gifted and talented learners and also for learners who need help to realize their potential.

In both cases the school identifies those learners who may fall into those categories, for whatever reason, and delivers an appropriately challenging curriculum in order that all learners are achieving their potential. Underachievement if not challenged and corrected can lead on to additional problems.
